What we do
For job seekers, we built a free AI-powered career app that surfaces real openings filtered for fit, helps you position your experience, and prepares you for the interviews that follow. No subscription. No selling your data.
For mission-driven employers, we run flat-rate sourcing sprints: five days, three to five vetted candidates, a fraction of the cost of a traditional recruiting fee.

About our founder
HiringSky was founded by Aimee Segall, a dedicated talent strategist with experience in both the nonprofit, corporate, and tech sectors since 2015. Her work has supported mission-driven organizations across New York City (large and boutique) as well as growing startups seeking scalable, metric driven, and values-aligned teams. Her career and education reflects a deep commitment to helping organizations hire with purpose, compliance, and clarity. With a rare blend of technical insight and human-centered hiring expertise, Aimee launched HiringSky to make recruitment smarter, simpler, and more inclusive for small businesses and nonprofits.
She has been awarded USSIE professional excellence award for her strategic and impactful work at a storied community-based nonprofit, University Settlement. Aimee is a two-time U.S. software inventor, having co-developed innovative hiring and engagement tools that emphasize accessibility, automation, and equity in recruitment. Her career and education reflects a deep commitment to helping organizations hire with purpose, compliance, and clarity. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the CUNY School of Professional Studies in Human Relations and a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, traveling, concerts, and walking her dog, Pucci.
