Career Data is retained for a maximum of 24 months following service completion, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems unless you request earlier deletion or request that we retain it longer. Some features of the Services may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features.

Career and professional data submitted as part of a service engagement is retained for a maximum of 24 months following service completion and then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion or extended retention. General account and transaction data is retained for up to 5 years following your last interaction with us, consistent with standard business and tax record requirements. All other personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
