Refund Policy:

The Digital Portfolio Service involves custom design and copywriting work, our refund policy is based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:

Before Onboarding: If you cancel prior to our initial strategy consultation or before submitting your materials, you will receive a 100% refund.
After Strategy/Onboarding: Once we have completed the initial consultation or received your project materials to begin work, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover the strategy time and project setup. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
After First Draft Delivery: Once the first draft of the portfolio has been delivered for your review, the service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable.
- Note: We offer one round of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final look and copy.

Project Abandonment: To ensure efficient turnaround times, we require feedback on drafts within 10 business days. Projects with no client activity for 30 days will be considered closed and non-refundable.
