Important Limitations (We Stay in Our Lane)

We do NOT handle Payroll: You hire the talent directly (as an employee or 1099). We are not the Employer of Record.

We do NOT fill C-Suite roles: We stay in our lane: Managers, Coordinators, and Specialists. No Executive Directors or CFOs.

We do NOT attend the interviews: We tee up the logistics, but you conduct the final interview to ensure culture fit.
