❌ We do NOT fill C-Suite roles: We stay in our lane: Managers, Coordinators, and Specialists. No Executive Directors or CFOs.
❌ We do NOT attend the interviews: We tee up the logistics, but you conduct the final interview to ensure culture fit.
The "No-Ghosting" Guarantee
We share the risk. If your new hire quits or is terminated for cause within their first 30 days, we will launch a Replacement Sprint to find a new candidate for no additional cost.
